So, how did this story end?

First of all, I’d like to offer a big apology for not finishing the blog properly. It’s always a bit annoying when people return home from a big trip and then never get around to writing the last blog posts. It leaves so many unanswered questions, doesn’t it? Whatever happened to Chris and Dea? How did their trip end what with all that Covid business and all? Are they okay? Did they cycle home? What are they doing now?

Well, I’m pleased to reveal that all of these questions and more will be revealed in my new book, Different Parts of Everywhere, which has just hit the book shelves. Actually, I don’t think it has hit any book shelves other than mine yet, but what I mean is that is has become available for purchase online. If you’re in the UK you can buy it HERE, if you’re in the USA you can buy it HERE, and if you are in another country you can buy it by searching for it yourself on your local Amazon website.

I do realise that it might also be a bit annoying that you have to pay 2.99 to find out what happened to us, and after being able to read our blog for free for so many years, that might not seem quite fair. So, for those of you without 2.99 to spare, here are the answers to those questions:

Whatever happened to Chris and Dea? We now live in Denmark.

How did their trip end what with all that Covid business and all? It ended in Denmark.

Are they okay? Yes.

Did they cycle home? Yes.

What are they doing now? Right now I’m writing a blog post. Earlier I was writing a book. It’s available now. Dea is working. Sometimes we are building a snowman.

And if that still isn’t enough for you, head on over to my brand new website, where I’ve written a better blogpost about what we’ve been up to. And one about a fridge-freezer.

Thanks a lot for following our travels over the years. If you want to keep following our adventures, and there will be more adventures (we’re actually going cycling this weekend, in the snow, old habits and all that) then update your bookmarks to:
